Proposed Project Site: Jam Handy Detroit

The following project is a minimal-intervention adaptive reuse of an existing former entertainment campus in Detroit. The proposed renovation transforms the currently abandonned exterior outbuilding and yard into a live music bar venue. This renovation would enhance the current function of the space as an event center by providing a steady income and accessory function.
